Located in the town of Sant Pere Pescador, known for its wild beaches, its sports routes and its fans of water sports. A town bathed by the sea and the Fluviá river. We came across this nice house. We enter the floor that is at street level, and we are greeted by a large hall with vaulted ceilings that leads us to a living room with an interior patio, a bathroom and a bedroom. We leave this area and go to look for the stairs that lead us to the first floor. And we are struck by a beautiful glazed terrace, which gives us light for a fantastic dining room, and a large open kitchen, with enough space to have breakfast in it, or go outside to enjoy the good weather. On this floor we also find a courtesy bathroom, and a large suite-type bedroom, with stone walls and access to a charming balcony, with a nice bathroom with shower. We go up to the upper floor by stairs with stone walls, to find another lounge/chillout (with the possibility of adapting it to one more bedroom) with access to another fantastic terrace/solarium, with unobstructed views.
